. All Rates are based on double occupancy.

. Reservations are required to reserve your site at Sun Lake RV Resort.

. Daily and Weekly occupancy requires payment in full upon reservation. 

. Monthly occupancy requires a $700.00 non-refundable security deposit subject to damage/cancelation.

. Annual pays $53.00 Application Fee per person. $700.00 security deposit due plus LMR (last month's rent) at time of residency. 

. PETS - $5.25 per day (after 2).

. Extra person - $10.00 per day  

Move Fee -$100.00
